PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

These are service packages designed to provide the initial configuration of INFO_MART SE, as well as training in how to use it for the various user groups involved.

Professional services packages provided are:

• Installation and Configuration:
  
  A package of services designed to provide installation and initial configuration of the system. Tasks include basic adaptation of the product to the client’s business processes, installation of components and initial configuration of system security.



• Initial Data Loading:
  
  Appropriate when the client needs historical data to be loaded into the product. Data loading is charged on a weekly basis and serves to include in INFO_MART any historical data the client deems appropriate for their operations.



• Building and Adapting Reports:
  
  This service is designed for clients who want to create specific specialized reports for their company, or who require some type of adaptation of the standard reports that INFO_MART provides. This service is charged on a weekly basis
