Technical Support
We offer specialized technical support for the Information Server suite tools as well as for MicroStrategy.
The service is given through a CRM Helpdesk operating in 5 x 8 offered free of charge to the clients who choose to renew their software maintenance contract with us for any of the listed tools.
Additionally, we have options with a higher coverage, as well as support policies for the BI applications developed by us, which focus on protecting our clients' investment on BI solutions and products with us.
